RECOMMENDED SERVING:
Adults: Add 1 teaspoon (6 g) to 250 mL of water or juice, once per day or as directed by your health care practitioner. Stir briskly and drink immediately. Maintain adequate fluid intake.
Avoid taking immediately before bedtime.
DURATION OF USE: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month.
CAUTIONS: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; have high blood pressure, immune-compromised condition (eg. AIDS, lymphoma, systemic lupus erythmematosus, long term corticosteroid treatment), abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes, hemorrhoids or diarrhea. If symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhea. Hypersensitivity, such as allergies, has been known to occur in rare cases; in which case, discontinue use. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are having surgery, have acute infection, thyroid condition, gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, excess stomach acid, nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, severe abdominal pain or iron deficiency. If you have a liver disorder, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a health care practitioner. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking birth control medication/undergoing hormone replacement therapy, anti-platelet medication, blood thinners, anticoagulant/anti-inflammatory agents, other enzymes products, thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root, or other medications/health products that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs, or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. This product may have come into contact with milk and/or soy. Do not use this product if you have a milk and/or soy allergy. Do not use if security seal is broken.
